The insert is placed in the mold by our high-precision servo robot before the molten plastic is injected into the mold while the plastic flows into the mold, the insert is anchored much more securely than if it were assembled with soldering, adhesives or fasteners. If the insert is put into the mold in the wrong position, the insert might be damaged by the mold, so the precision is one of the most important things during this process.
